Exa uses 95% carbon in this model, but it has less rebound than other 95% carbon sticks and gives you control of the ball faster. The extreme bow is excellent for advanced skills, maneuverability and lifted shots on goal. The J-head has a large sweet spot and surface area for stops and allows for better pulls from the reverse side than other standard head shapes. This model can be used in any indoor position but we love it for tipping forwards.
